Processing Your Order
All orders go through a processing period before shipment:
- Standard processing takes 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During peak periods (holidays, sales events, etc.), processing may extend to 4–6 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary by region:

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
- Use the link in your shipping confirmation to monitor your package's progress.

Delivery Confirmation
- When the carrier marks your package as "Delivered," our shipping responsibility is considered complete.
- For apartment or shared building deliveries, please check with your building office, mailroom, or parcel lockers if you can't locate your package.
Missing or Delayed Packages
- If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please reach out so we can investigate with the carrier.
- We'll work to locate your package and, depending on the outcome, may file a claim or arrange a replacement.
