Return & Refund Guidelines
Your satisfaction matters to us. We work hard to ensure every order meets your expectations, but we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our process.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards or clearance/sale items

Personalized or custom-made products
Standard 60-Day Returns
We accept returns within 60 days from the date of delivery when the following apply:

The item remains unused and in resalable condition

Original packaging, tags, receipts, and accessories are all included
When these conditions are satisfied with no evidence of wear or damage, a return label may be issued for your convenience.
Depending on the return reason and item condition, shipping costs may fall to the customer in some situations. You'll receive complete return instructions once your request has been reviewed and approved.
Items returned outside of these guidelines may be declined or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
Issues with Your Order
Did your item arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect? Let us know within 72 hours of delivery so we can help.
We may request documentation to assess the problem:

A short video that clearly shows the issue

Or several photos captured from different angles
This helps our claims team review the matter and determine the right course of action. You can expect a response within 1–2 business days.
Based on our assessment, we offer the following resolutions:

Cosmetic blemishes or minor imperfections: partial refund

Functional issues with partial usability: partial refund or replacement depending on severity

Severely damaged or unusable items: free replacement
Once verified, return shipping may or may not be required—this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the funds in your account.
Modifying Your Order
Need to update your shipping address? You have 24 hours after placing your order to contact us with changes. Beyond this window, we cannot guarantee modifications will be possible. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we reserve the right to deny any further adjustments—your package will be delivered to the address originally submitted.
Shared Mailrooms & Apartment Deliveries
For orders shipped to apartments, condos, or buildings with shared mail areas:

Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks it as "Delivered"

Missing package? Check with your building management or communal mail area first

If you still can't locate it, contact us within 72 hours and we'll coordinate with the carrier on your behalf
